This 40,000-square-foot amusement center, developed by Nil Patel and designed by Dynamic Designs, initially planned to utilize several different exterior claddings. However, the versatility of EIFS finishes enabled Fleck Exterior Systems, Inc., in collaboration with Dryvit Systems, Inc. and L&W Supply, to fulfill the owner’s and architect’s vision using exclusively EIFS. The result is a beautifully designed and composed structure, featuring a clean, modern look with excellent use of contrast and color. This innovative approach not only delivered an aesthetically pleasing result but also saved the owner significant time and money.
